If you’re visiting them for the pierogies call, they may be restocking. Also, they do have a food truck that delivers might be able to save yourself a trip.

I really wanted to love The Meat Guys. It started out great, but unfortunately the quality declined month after month. The steaks were noticeably under the advertised weight and contained far more fat than expected. I brought these concerns to their attention and was told they would make it right, but after that... nothing. I never received a follow-up despite waiting and reaching out. When I finally decided to cancel my subscription, I had to text several times before getting any response. The only reply I received was a generic cancellation message from Jen. It was disappointing, especially after being a paying customer. Another concern was the lack of transparency about where the beef actually comes from. I never received a clear, straightforward answer. Based on my experience, I can't recommend them. Customer service and consistency matter just as much as the product, and unfortunately both fell short.

Delicious, high quality food, reasonable prices. Delivery charge is minimal especially with gas prices high. Have never been disappointed, whether odering ready to eat (reheat) or having to bake or prepare myself. Delivery driver (Paul) always lets me know when to expect my delivery and when he gets close so I can be there to receive it, or will put in a cooler I have left so that my order is safe and protected from the weather. Also if there is going to be a delay due to mechanical breakdown or traffic issues , which could be likely due to how far he travels, but have only had 1 time where there has been a delay.

I love this service so much!! Everything I have gotten has been delicious and the prices are awesome. Every question I have asked is answered quickly. If they give me a delivery date that doesn’t work for me they make sure to reach out and set something up that works. Paul, my delivery driver, always lets me know when he is on his way and my order is waiting for me once I’m home. I am grateful that I gave it a try and will be a faithful customer since there is a large variety of products to choose from. So far the crab stuffed mushrooms are my favorite.

I am a meat guys subscription member. I’m super happy about the delivery right to my house. Everything is always so good and it has helped us with cutting some grocery cost down. The ready made foods and the fried items are perfect for the kids when they are in town. I love that the delivery guy lets us know before he is headed our way and everything’s been great. I highly recommend!!
